Owner -
Keith
Shuford
Keith was born in Cleveland County in 1960; his father, Bill Shuford
started the company in 1982; Keith joined the team soon after as a
Service Technician; prior to that he cleaned oil heaters at night
while attending high School – he graduated from
Burns High in 1979.
After graduation he worked for Jenkins
Foods for 3 years as a
Salesman. In 1982
Keith joined his father and worked as a Service technician until
1992 when he obtained his state license and started in the Sales
Department. A few years later he went back to obtain his
commercial state license. Keith has been Owner/Operator of
Bill Shuford Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. since
1998.
Keith has been married to Jeanne since 1981 and they have one son,
Weston, who was born in 1997. Over the years Keith has won
numerous awards from Trane and has obtained extensive certifications
in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry.

Keith
Nanney
Keith Nanney
has lived in Cleveland County
for most of his 39yrs. He has been with Bill Shuford Heating and Air
Conditioning for 7 years. He has worked in many positions
within the company and has been a Comfort Advisor for 3 years. Keith
has been trained in Heating and Air Conditioning at the Trane
facility in Charlotte and at the Trane facility in Tyler Tx. Keith is a
certified Indoor Air-Quality Specialist and is also certified in Air
Side Ductwork Applications. To further his
education and training Keith also attends a monthly training session
in Charlotte.
Keith plays
church basketball at the YMCA and coaches baseball at the city park.
